Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

I. General Terms
1. I have the right to cancel or deny any commission. I am not obligated to disclose this reason to anyone.
2 Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
3 The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission

You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content.

II. Copyright and usage
1. I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
2. I reserve copyright to the artwork created and will use it in portfolio / promotional work unless otherwise requested. If you do not want your commission posted online or used in a portfolio, please let me know ahead of time
3. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.
4. As my client, you have my permission to repost the artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Cardd or Twitter page) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
5. My work cannot be used for NFTs
6. Do not edit my artwork or feed it into AI or remove watermark from them.
7. Absolutely do not "finish", alter or otherwise edit my artwork

III. Payment & Fees
1. Do not send money until I say so
2. Payment upfront. If I can't do your commission for some reason, I will give your money back.
Payment only via invoice and only in euros
- If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. Rough basis for refunds:
Sketch: 90%/ Half work done: 50%/ Line and Flat Color: 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

IV. Process and Delivery
- Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Discord chat, Email or Twitter dm.
- Client can provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
- If a visual reference is not provided, I can work with a description only, but that will require an additional fee due to the extra time it takes.
- While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
- During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
Please be ready with a clear concept for your piece! In the sketch stage, I will allow for 3 major revisions (without totally redrawing a piece) before I will begin to charge per each revision. Additional alterations will come at a charge of 5€ per revision.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 month - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.
Note that there is no physical product.

Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering; I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style (example: Disney style, Ghibli style, etc)
